Delrin Helical Pinion. The synthetic polymer from which all our delrin gears are made, produces a very low friction coefficient, and they have great wear resistance. Helical Pinions are designed for more grip and less wear due to the diagonal teeth spreading out the pressure over the rack. All the gears should be replaced at the same time so that they wear at the same pace, the gear itself goes on the gearshaft of the machine to connect it to the timing belt ensuring the machine moves swiftly and on time.
