Next working day delivery as standard

All orders are shipped with next working day delivery.

Cut-off for same-day dispatch is 3pm, Monday to Friday.

Shipping Costs

All orders over £100 (ex-VAT value) are eligible for free delivery.

All UK orders under £100 totalling less than 15kg in weight are subject to a £10 delivery charge. Delivery charges for goods under £100 value of increased weights are as follows:

• 10-15kg: £13.50
• 15-20kg: £16.50
• 25kg: £20, plus £20 for each additional.

International shipping is available, please contact us to arrange a quote

Returns

All returns are to be made within 14 days of receiving ordered goods

We reserve the right to only charge a restocking fee on items returned damaged (up to 100% of the value)

The buyer is responsible for paying the return postage

International Delivery

Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for international delivery, some of our products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside the UK. BLACKMAN & WHITE / CUTTING RESOURCES reserves the right to define what can and cannot be delivered to which destination.

BLACKMAN & WHITE / CUTTING RESOURCES products are sold on a delivery duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing an order for international delivery.

Occasionally, the supply of your product(s) or service(s) may be delayed or prevented for reasons beyond our control – for example, material shortages, import delays or higher than anticipated demand. Where this is the case, we will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed but shall be under no liability to you for such delay or failure.
