Our UK based technical support team are fully trained in machine diagnosis and the many software packages we offer, ready to assist you through those difficult days by providing full remote support.   Our 360 Support Package offers unlimited telephone and remote support includes: Telephone and Remote Support* Access to the Technical Help Centre** Direct access to engineers. Software support. Hardware support. Material guidance. Diagnostics and Knowledge. Tooling. Incidental and breakdown. Maintenance. Servicing. Operational Guidance.   Customers must be able to provide internet access for TeamViewer. Support time is from 8:30 – 17:00GMT The package covers remote technical support; the package is not designed to include training, software licenses/upgrades or parts. For such requests please contact Blackman and White directly.
